Job Title: Healthcare Team Leader - Days
Salary: Up to A£14.67 per hour + Incentives
Hours: Full-time, 7am-7pm, 3-4 shifts per week, including alternate weekends + on-call weekend rota

Day-to-Day Responsibilities for Team Leader:
1. Promote residents' independence, focusing on choice, dignity, and respect, while supporting their physical and emotional well-being
2. Lead the team in delivering high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
3. Support carers in providing personal care and assistance with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and eating
4. Administer medication as required
5. Write and update care plans, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained
6. Promote residents' dignity, choice, and independence at all times
Essential Requirements for Team Leader:
1. Relevant professional qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse or NVQ Level 3 or above)
2. Minimum of two years' experience in a residential/nursing home setting
3. Awareness of Person-Centred Care Planning principles
4. Full UK Driving Licence
5. Knowledge of the prevention of abuse in vulnerable adults and the procedures to follow in case of an allegation of abuse
