Are you passionate about developing the next generation of talent? Join Unipart as an Early Careers Coordinator and play a pivotal
role in shaping the future of our organisation. You’ll be required on-site at Unipart locations for a minimum of 2 days per week,

As an Early Careers Coordinator, you will act as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the seamless
delivery of our graduate, apprentice, and placement programmes. You'll be a proactive problem-solver, enhancing processes,
pre-empting challenges, and fostering the continuous development of our early careers talent.
As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:
* Act as the primary point of contact for early careers colleagues, ensuring a supportive and structured experience.
* Support recruitment campaigns for graduates and apprentices.
* Maintain accurate records of early careers colleagues, ensuring timely tracking of progress and compliance with qualification
requirements.
* Oversee enrolment and programme administration, ensuring structured learning and development pathways.
* Provide pastoral support to early careers colleagues, assisting with queries and identifying interventions where necessary.
* Monitor and manage the Digital Apprenticeship Service to ensure accurate recording and funding allocation.
* Travel to Unipart sites to engage with stakeholders, oversee training, and strengthen relationships with line managers and
teams.
* Build strong relationships with training providers, line managers, and external partners to ensure high-quality learning
experiences.
* Conduct timely reviews with training providers, monitoring all aspects of apprenticeships, including off-the-job training and
qualifications progress.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to align early careers programmes with business needs and workforce planning.
About You
We’d love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you’d be able to perform well in this
role!
* Experience working within an administration role coordinating activities and supporting others to meet deadlines and
requirements
* Good knowledge of Apprenticeships and EPA requirements
* Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Highly proficient in using a range of I.T. programmes and technology to input, analyse and present data
* High attention to detail and data accuracy skills
* Previous experience in a similar role or within talent development is preferred.
