MCS Group are delighted to be working with a fantastic Public Sector Client in their search for a Parks Development Advisor on a Temporary basis. The Role: To work closely with the Parks Development Officer to develop strategic partnerships involving relevant government departments, the community and voluntary sector, educational organisations, charities, businesses, residents etc. Provide a high level of internal and external customer service including taking ownership of customer queries and complaints and following issues through to completion. Comply with, and ensure that other staff comply with organisations policies and procedures including those relating to health, safety, well-being and safeguarding. Promote equality and diversity across all service areas through clear leadership, effective policy implementation and demonstrating appropriate behaviours in line with organisations values. The Person: Hold a relevant degree e.g. Horticulture, Business, Environmental Management OR Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience within Development of Business Cases, Event Management, Community Engagement,Securing external funding, Providing advice and support to key stakeholders.
