We are seeking to successfully appoint an Operations Manager who is able to lead a number of different teams and ensure that the school runs effectively and efficiently.
The role demands strong organisational and people management skills and an ability to prioritise and manage the workload of yourself and others in your teams.
The Operations Manager is one of the most senior support staff professionals and will be directly responsible for Health & Safety, Premises, Lettings, IT and Catering.
The Operations Manager will manage support staff; Admin, Site, HR, Catering and IT.
The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the Head of School and Senior team to ensure that the school runs smoothly and is a high-quality environment to learn and work in and will be accountable in managing all aspects of all the resources in these areas.
The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as the ability to maintain a sense of calm in a busy school environment.
