Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Recruitment Resourcer to support our consultants and play an integral role in our recruitment process. You will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and screening potential candidates to match the needs of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment, develop valuable skills, and contribute to a team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively source and identify suitable candidates using various platforms (job boards, social media, etc).
2. Post job adverts on various platforms (job boards, social media, etc).
3. Pre-screen candidates via phone/face to face to assess their suitability for roles.
4. Assist consultants with the coordination of candidate interviews and client meetings.
5. Maintain and update candidate details with accurate and up-to-date information.
6. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates within targeted industries.
7. Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to understand client requirements and role specifications.
8. Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to placement.
9. Perform administration tasks using Microsoft Office packages.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a resourcing role within recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
2. Would suit someone who has worked in a customer-focused environment.
3. Full driver's license and access to a vehicle.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
6. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
8. A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
