About the Role
As a Care Assistant at Quality Care Services Limited, you will be working closely with our clients to provide high-quality care and support in their own homes. Your role will involve assisting with personal care, managing medications, and supporting clients with daily tasks such as shopping and meal preparation. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
What You Will Do
Our Care Assistants are the backbone of our care service, providing essential support to our clients on a daily basis. You will be responsible for assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence. You will also be required to administer medications, support clients with their daily tasks, and provide emotional support and companionship. You will work closely with our clients to develop individual care plans that meet their unique needs and preferences.
What You Will Need
To be successful in this role, you will need to be compassionate, caring, and able to build strong relationships with our clients. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of our ongoing training and development program. You do not need any prior social care experience, but you will need to be able to demonstrate your ability to provide high-quality care and support.
