Aftersales Manager – Canterbury area in Kent
Our client is a busy main dealership seeking an experienced and successful Aftersales Manager to oversee their service department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of the Service Department operations.
2. Review CSI surveys and other measures to monitor customer satisfaction.
3. Challenge and drive the performance of the Service department staff.
4. Manage, coach, and motivate your team to build long-term staff satisfaction and potential progression.
5. Control costs for the department.
6. Monitor performance against targets and budgets.
7. Manage the recruitment process as required.
8. Conduct performance analysis to identify weaknesses and implement targeted marketing activities.
9. Review Service KPIs regularly to track performance and identify trends.
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager with a successful track record.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to represent the Brand and Dealer group effectively.
* Demonstrable stable career progression.
