We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to work with students who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs such as autism, dyslexia, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, learning difficulties, physical difficulties, anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties and/or low self-esteem.
What We're Looking For:
1. An empathetic and resilient personality, able to understand and support students from challenging backgrounds.
2. A flexible, quick-thinker who can adapt on the spot to various behaviours and learning needs.
3. A passion for working with young people who need additional guidance and emotional support.
4. Prior experience with SEND or SEMH is beneficial but not a dealbreaker - it's all about your character and willingness to make a difference!
