Your New Role Looks Like This :
Are you passionate about helping people find their ideal retirement community? Join Australian Unity as a Sales Coordinator and play a key role in supporting our Sales team in creating vibrant, welcoming communities.
Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you’ll help prospective residents and their families navigate the journey from inquiry to move-in, providing an exceptional experience every step of the way.
In this role, you’ll manage the sales process, coordinate tours, support marketing efforts, and build meaningful relationships with our future residents.
Your goal will be to create a seamless, positive experience that drives occupancy and strengthens our community’s reputation.
What You’ll Be Doing :
* Engage with Prospects: Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective residents and their families, providing helpful information and guidance.
* Tour Coordination: Schedule and coordinate tours and meetings to showcase the community’s unique benefits.
* Data Management: Keep our CRM updated with lead information, interactions, and follow-up tasks.
* Sales & Marketing Support: Assist the sales team with preparing presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials to highlight our offerings.
* Track Performance: Monitor and report on sales metrics to drive improvements and meet occupancy goals.
* Administrative Assistance: Streamline the sales process with tasks like processing applications and preparing contracts.
* Customer Care: Provide top-notch service by addressing questions and concerns for potential and current residents, ensuring a positive experience.
* Relationship Building: Foster positive connections with residents, families, and referral sources to enhance community appeal.
* Smooth Transitions: Assist with onboarding and orientation for new residents, ensuring they feel at home from day one.
* Document Management: Prepare and maintain sales reports, occupancy data, and sales-related documentation.
* Organizational Excellence: Keep the sales office organized and ensure materials are always ready for action.

About You :
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the senior living or retirement community industry.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse individuals.
* High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
