About the role - Behaviour teaching assistant - Croydon
As part of the role, you will be working with young people who currently have plans that are designed to help them meet their Menta needs as well as their social needs. Your role as a behaviour teaching assistant will be to support the class teacher in the academic studies and behaviour of the pupils, depending on what you have been trained in in your previous roles. These plans are based on the behaviour of the pupil. The majority of your time will be spent inside the classroom, however as a behaviour teaching assistant you may need to intervene based on the needs of the students.
