Work remotely from the comfort of your home Part-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm Join a diverse and inclusive team dedicated to excellence The Role As a Document Production Specialist, you will: Produce and amend correspondence, documents, reports, and more, ensuring adherence to the firm's house style. Transcribe digital dictation and manipulate documents as needed. Interpret complex briefs from fee earners and deliver documents within specified timescales. Proofread and quality check all work to maintain high standards. Use data rooms for uploading and downloading documents. Prioritise and complete incoming work efficiently, keeping users updated on progress. Share knowledge and expertise across the team and act as an ambassador for the Document Production Centre. The Candidate The ideal candidate for the Document Production Specialist role will have: Previous experience in a document production team. A typing speed of at least 60 words per minute. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. The ability to strip and reformat document formatting in house style. Excellent client service skills and a professional telephone manner. Strong communication and team skills, with an eye for detail. Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
