Business Development Executive
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with a proven track record in sales. This role focuses on driving revenue through generating leads and securing sales of printed products by making calls and visiting businesses in the Swindon area. The company's offerings include custom clothing, PPE, uniforms, equipment, decorations, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to both existing and potential clients through phone calls to identify sales opportunities for printed goods.
2. Client Engagement: Visit local businesses in Swindon to promote products and build strong client relationships. Maintain records of all activities and communication.
3. Client Relationship Management: Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any concerns and nurturing long-term partnerships.
4. Market Analysis: Perform market research and data analysis to support business strategies and decision-making.
5. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to align efforts and ensure a seamless client experience.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven sales experience.
2. Background in the printing industry is a plus but not mandatory.
3. Strong communication and people skills.
4. Able to work independently while also being a team player.
5. Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
Job Details:
1. Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per year, plus a competitive commission structure.
2. Flexible Schedule: Monday to Friday, with part-time options available.
3. Location: Based in Swindon with local travel required.
4. Requirements: A valid driving license. A vehicle is not required for individuals over 30.
