Job Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator at Arm, you will play a crucial role in the transformation of Arm’s Talent Acquisition operating model. We are aiming to uplift our capabilities across Process Improvement, Knowledge Management, and Systems Optimisation, based on a comprehensive governance structure. This role requires a proactive individual who can co-ordinate multiple streams of work and deliver results efficiently within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate multiple talent acquisition project streams to ensure timely and successful completion.
· Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate resource and schedules
· Assist in the development and management of knowledge management frameworks to enhance team capabilities.
· Ensure all governance standards are adhered to within talent acquisition projects.
· Monitor and report on project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders through.
· Identify and mitigate potential risks within projects to ensure smooth execution.
Required Skills and Experience:
· Proven experience in project coordination or management, within a talent acquisition or HR environment using structured PM methodologies.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to co-ordinate multiple streams of work simultaneously.
· Strong knowledge of Project Management structures, tools and frameworks
· Excellent documentation skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:
· Experience in knowledge management and the development of related frameworks.
· Familiarity with talent acquisition systems and software.
· Understanding of governance standards within a corporate environment.
· Exposure to process improvement methodologies.
