HR Assistant required in North Somerset.
Start date TBC, Permanent, full time.
Salary: £28-32K annual
Description of Role:
Providing support to the HR Manager and working closely with the Payroll, Fleet, and IT teams. Responsibilities include managing the employee life cycle, recruitment, sorting onboarding contract paperwork and checks, note-taking in meetings, and being the first point of contact for all queries.
Person Specification:
We are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for HR to join a supportive team. You must have relevant previous experience, a good understanding of GDPR and HR practices, and be professional, personable, and approachable. A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a desire to gain or work towards the Level 3 CIPD Qualification are essential.
