Overview:
The PR and Communications Manager is an exciting 360 role covering PR and full coordination of Galvan’s Marketing and Communications activities. The role also oversees Events and VIP Dressing. Reporting to the Managing Director and working in close partnership with the Creative Director & Art Director.
Full or Part Time basis.
Your Mission:
As the key contact of the Communications team, the role will be responsible for strategizing and executing strategies across Press, VIP, Communications, Marketing. Ensuring the brands image, messaging, and communication strategies are executed flawlessly. Support topline commercial and brand objectives. This role requires strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to foster a collaborative internal approach as well as impeccable external relations. The role has a Global remit however will focus intensively on UK and USA regions.
Duties to include:
* Devise and implement the brand marketing strategy, supporting in planning investment to drive maximum results and brand exposure
* Ownership of marketing calendar and lead day-to-day marketing initiatives across the business to ensure campaigns, brand initiatives and launches are executed effectively and on time
* Work closely with e-commerce, retail and wholesale teams to support tactical trade pushes applying product-sensitivity in identifying opportunities, setting KPIs and reporting on performance to the wider team
* Support social channels, developing KPIs with a data-driven approach to review content and increase engagement. Devise strategies to increase engagement, grow qualitative following.
* Strategize and execute successful product and brand campaigns in line with Commercial objectives.
* Support the retail and private client teams to develop and support customer loyalty programs that maintain and drive client acquisition. Support on event organisation and logistics.
* Support global retail partners via co-op marketing initiatives, maintaining close relationships with key partners to ensure GALVAN is front of mind and seasonal buys are fully supported
* Project manage the execution of seasonal campaign, e-commerce and in-season content shoots from ideation to logistics to final delivery of assets
* Coordinate briefing to Art Director / Graphic Designer for all assets and content creation. Ensuring commercial brief is fully translated and assets are delivered in a timely manner.
* Create and maintain marketing and brand bible toolkits
* Coordinate all copy writing for the company for all platforms, ensuring tone of voice and verbiage is on brand.
* Take ownership of affiliate marketing, seeking new affiliate publishers and new ways to collaborate with existing partners to further drive brand exposure and drive sales
* Drive print and digital/social editorial coverage to ensure visibility of the brand and report on results
* Oversee VIP and work on implementation of strategy
* Oversee sample management
