Our client, a leading mechanical engineering company, is looking for a motivated Sales Administrator to join their supportive team in Burgess Hill.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming calls, assist clients with inquiries, and build strong relationships.
2. Organise, manage, and accurately file technical and sales documents.
3. Update and maintain the CRM systems.
4. Manage and update the sales documents & presentations.
5. Schedule meetings, manage diaries, and coordinate meeting room bookings.
6. Various administrative tasks and support the sales team as needed.
The Candidate:
1. Detail-oriented, organised individual, comfortable managing multiple tasks is essential.
2. Comfortable liaising with both internal teams and external clients, building rapport easily.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. A 'can-do' mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
The Package:
Salary of £19,500 - £22,000 per annum (DOE)
Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, Friday 8:30am - 1:00pm
22 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing up to 25 days with each year of service)
