JOB TITLE: Learner Support Officer (Teaching Assistant)
LOCATION: Kings Lynn
HOURS: 21 - 35 hours per week (working patterns: Wed-Fri & Mon-Fri)
SALARY: £11.72 - £11.82 per hour
Our learner support officers provide both academic and pastoral support to learners in our mainstream provision. Our learners have a range of diverse needs and may include emotional support, personal care reading and scribing. We work hard to ensure that our learners receive the best possible educational experience - we adapt to them and so no two days are the same. Support is provided both inside and outside of the classroom.
We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Additional Learning Support team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.
