What are Global Financial Institutions? As a key strategic function of the Natixis IM distribution strategy, the Global Financial Institutions and Global Consultants team overlook the strategy and coordination of our largest Global Banks and Consultant relationships. Our mission is to be the global partner of choice to these clients, delivering unparalleled investment expertise and exceptional services. To achieve this, our team work closely with our local distribution teams (in over 20 locations). Who will I be working with? You will have first-hand, day-to-day mentoring from the Head of Strategy and Business Management (based in London) and will work closely with the wider Global Financial Institutions and Global Consultant team. As part of a small and efficient team of three, you will have the opportunity to work closely with all the team members and gain insights on the wider core functions of our firms that are so critical to delivering excellence to these key relationships. What will I be doing? You will be supporting the coordination management of the Global Financial Institutions Group covering Wholesale & Retail markets, including supporting the development and execution of a global strategy for our GFI accounts. Assisting with Strategy and Business Management, you will support the execution of account strategy plans, using summary dashboards to equip the GFI Team, the Leadership team as well as the Sales team with the key information needed to leverage global relationships and increase engagement across each GFI. This may include; GFI Account call coordination, account roadmaps maintenance and championing the use of the Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system Develop and manage communications plans for internal stakeholders (including Senior Management) and external GFI clients using variety of communication mediums, on and offline; monthly & quarterly updates of Business overviews & analysis, create and maintain a suite of relevant MI and KPIs to enable BDUs to monitor activity and progress, on-demand Reporting & Briefing notes for senior management and sales team, production of Presentation/Dashboards for key external/internal meeting, and maintaining Executive Engagement agendas Support the development and maintenance of Asset Reallocation tools & processes that enhance collaboration, coordination and incentivization of our Sales teams. Support continuous improvement initiatives and major change programs to increase the efficiency, consistency and efficacy of our NATIXIS IM platform and Affiliate offering in order to achieve our strategic goals. Producing strategic proposition & reports to define Sales direction by Market and Sub-Channel Assisting with Client Servicing and Operations, and managing ad-hoc reporting requirements for clients and working closely with the Technology team to keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce developments and tools. What skills and qualifications are required for the role? This role would suit a recent graduate, or an applicant seeking their next job who may not necessarily be a new university leaver. Previous internship experiences and familiarity with corporate work environment are desirable, but not essential. Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
