We are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to join our team to establish and develop our new nursery. You will play a pivotal role in setting up the new facility as well as leading on the recruitment of the nursery team. As the Nursery Manager, you will have a varied workload, so if you are a well organised person who thrives on a busy working environment where no two days are the same, we would love to hear from you. We would particularly welcome applications from you if you have: Management experience in a an EYFS setting. Extensive knowledge of the EYFS statutory requirements. Customer-centric in your approach to work. Excellent communicators who work in a confidential and discreet manner and can think on their feet in a busy working environment. Experienced in the use of IT systems including Microsoft Word and Excel. Adaptable and friendly with strong administration, time management and organisational skills. Able to multi-task, work hard and maintain high level of attention to detail when under pressure. Able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, as well as comfortable working independently. Some flexibility is required as you will sometimes need to work additional/alternative hours to cover any urgent issues that may arise.
