Health Care Assistant (HCA) – Join Our Caring Team!
Location: Amersham, Beaconsfield, Chalfont’s, Denham, Gerrards Cross, Farnham Common
Pay: £12 per hour, Guaranteed 37.5 hours per week
Unfortunately, no sponsorship can be offered. Must have own transport.
Role & Responsibilities of a HCA (Health Care Assistant):
1. Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
2. Administer and manage medications according to individual care plans.
3. Assist with meal preparation and feeding to ensure proper nutrition.
4. Offer emotional support and companionship to foster well-being.
5. Support clients with mobility, including assistance with walking or using aids.
6. Complete light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe living environment.
7. Drive clients to appointments and run errands (Must have a driving license and car).
8. Monitor and document any changes in health conditions and communicate them to the care team.
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
1. Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for travel between clients.
2. Previous experience in healthcare or domiciliary care (preferred but not required).
3. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable).

1. Strong communication skills for interaction with clients and their families.
2. Compassionate, patient, and understanding approach to care.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Reliable and professional attitude with strong organizational skills.
5. Attention to detail for accurate health monitoring and care documentation.
