We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a busy team in Retford, Nottinghamshire. You will be working with a site team that delivers various social housing refurbishments within the local area including kitchens, bathrooms, re-wires etc. This is an ongoing freelance position with chances for development for the right candidate. Make sure the new Properties and works required are on the Total Mobile Update Total Mobile with any photo’s etc that the site managers send through. Upload handover packs to Total and send through to the client. Answer emails from the client and forward any onto the site team that need answering by them Make up house packs for all streams General admin Requirements: Must have detailed administration experience Must have had some exposure to a construction company Must have excellent organisational and communication skills
