The role is part time 20 hours per week.
As a Cleaner you will provide an efficient cleaning service and ensure Health and Safety, group policy, procedures are adhered to.
As part of the role you will work with the team to support us with our back-to-back lets by supporting us with the turnaround of void properties.
Our primary aim is to ensure our communities and working environments are maintained to the highest standard therefore when it occurs we will ask you to report problems.

More about you
To be considered for this role you should have a strong cleaning background with a good working knowledge of estate management issues, as part of your role you will take part in the cleaning of internal communal areas.
1. A working knowledge of COSHH regulations relating to the safe use of chemicals in the public domain.
2. Strong organisation skills and the ability to work independently
3. As part of our employment checks, this role will require you to complete a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check
