Our Leisure Receptionist makes the first impression of our Village experience. Your warm greeting sets the standard for the service our members and guests will receive. Let's make it memorable!
With a friendly personality and a ‘can do’ attitude, you'll greet members and guests upon arrival and be the first point of contact by phone. You thrive on delivering excellent customer service, ensuring our members have everything they need and their inquiries are handled effectively.
You enjoy chatting and understand what makes a great customer experience. You'll get to know our members and help them make the most of Village life.
Daily responsibilities include meeting and greeting, taking bookings, resolving queries, and ensuring our members are satisfied.
