THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join a growing team and continue to develop your career. The team acts for clients who have lack of capacity because of mental health, learning difficulties and dementia.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be sensitive and empathic, with at least 3 years PQE as a Court of Protection Lawyer. You will demonstrate a flexible, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop as part of a close-knit team. You will be keen to grasp the opportunity to work with like-minded individuals within the department and undertake a diverse caseload of matters.
