I am currently working with a Housing Association based in Manchester, looking for a Repairs Surveyor
Our client is looking to grow their Repairs and Maintenance team, therefore they are seeking a candidate who will play a crucial role in assessing and identifying various property related issues, focussing primarily on repair cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed property inspections to identify repair issues, documenting findings accurately and thoroughly.
Ensure all remedial works are completed in line with health and safety requirements.
Completing pre and post inspections of responsive and void repairs.
Stay up to date with relevant legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards.
Supervising contractors and ensuring quality of work and response times meet the required standards and SLAs.
Attend mould, damp and condensation inspections and provide detailed reportsRequirements:
Minimum of 3 years property inspection experience.
Ability to work independently, manage workload efficiently, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of current building and housing legislation
Full UK Driving License.About them
