The Role: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Trade Manager to join our team, focusing on the northern UK region. As a key brand ambassador, you will utilise your comprehensive understanding of Bridgman’s offerings to provide exceptional service to trade clients. Your ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients will be crucial for building lasting relationships and driving the company’s trade success. Key Responsibilities: Drive Sales Growth: Identify opportunities, actively generate leads, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. Engage New Clients: Proactively reach out and build relationships with new clients in luxury sectors such as hospitality, care homes, and design, expanding Bridgman's reach in the northern UK. Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with existing trade clients, offering tailored solutions and delivering exceptional service. Ensure Operational Efficiency: Oversee quotation management, sales follow-ups, and engagement processes, ensuring a streamlined approach that enhances client experience. Represent the Brand: Demonstrate expert knowledge of Bridgman's premium furniture collections, confidently showcasing their value to prospective and current clients. What we are looking for: A proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in the trade or furniture industry. A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and engage new clients strategically. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a talent for building trust and long-lasting relationships. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong IT skills, including proficiency with CRM systems, data analysis tools, and standard office software.
