Chelmsford West PCN has a fantastic opportunity for a advanced nurse practitioner (ANP) to join our forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary team on a full-time basis. You will work closely with a team of supportive and collaborative clinicians to ensure the greatest level of care is delivered to all our patients; particularly in areas such as minor illnesses and acute, on the day appointments, as well as seeing long-term conditions. The post lends itself to someone who is seeking to further develop as you will have access to mentorship, and fantastic GP support. Duties will include: Delivering exceptional levels of care to all our housebound patients. Working autonomously and as part of a team. Working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary general practice team. About the Candidate The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility in attitude and behaviour. They will be keen to undertake new ways of working and delivering healthcare, committing to under-taking the professional development required to adapt to changing circumstances. Qualifications, skills and experience required: Professional registration with relevant professional body: NMC, HCPC or GPhC. Post-graduate qualification in specific speciality, or equivalent experience. Prescribing desirable. Evidence of on-going CPD. Advanced clinical assessment skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to perform in stressful and complex situations. Sound clinical reasoning & decision making. Flexibility.
