We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our growing team and help us build and enhance our digital video advertising products. You will be located alongside our Belfast engineering teams, working on the Product Management team and reporting to a SpotX Product leader. You will be developing, continually evolving and defining our products to ensure our market leadership in digital advertising. This means driving new and innovative ways to sell, serve, target, optimize and measure video campaigns. The successful person in this role will be an experienced Product Manager with a strong track record of bringing new software products to market, and will have experience creating and developing a product in close collaboration with Engineering teams. This will require you to form a strong technical understanding of the products you are crafting and the ad tech landscape. Regular travel to Colorado required. Making an immediate impact: Act as a Product Owner in a fast-paced, Agile development environment Roadmap creation and regular maintenance of the Product Backlog Product line and strategy management Cross-functional team management Express a bias for action while you get up to speedfind ways to contribute while you build your expertise in digital advertising Collaborate with Product Marketing to create effective Go-To-Market plans Be an expert with regard to the competition and be able to articulate our strengths/needs Understand internal and external customer requirements through research and engagement Write product specs, and develop wireframes by working with designers and developer teams Product launch demos and presentations Needed talents: Demonstrated success defining and launching software products Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated success concurrently managing multiple scrum teams and epics Certified Product Owner, or comparable Agile experience Three to eight years experience in Product Management Problem solving skills; strategic thinking and business acumen Excellent teamwork skills, ability to manage, interpret and influence cross functional teams to facilitate a close relationship with Engineering, Marketing and Business Development Experience working with user interfaces (UI and UX) and design validations Effective documentation skills with ability to articulate technical information SpotX is the leading global video advertising platform that enables media owners and publishers to monetize premium content across desktop, mobile and connected TV devices.
