Application Requirements:
• A relevant teaching qualification with QTS.
• Experience working in Early Years settings.
• A deep understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Designing and delivering engaging and imaginative lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
• Promoting a love of learning through creative play and exploration, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Supporting the social and emotional development of pupils, ensuring each child feels secure and valued.
• Collaborating with colleagues and parents to create a cohesive support network for our students.
• Assessing and tracking student progress to inform future teaching and learning strategies.
