Location: Surrey Salary: £30k - £38k (Negotiable Depending on Experience) The Company: Digital, Litho and Large Format Print Company who offer a comprehensive creative service for a wide and varied client base Providing a range of litho, digital and large format print along with full branding solutions across a wide range of products Due to their focus on quality and service, the company have built an enviable reputation in the print industry Requirements: Customer Service/Account manager to become an integral and pro-active member of the team Be responsible for issuing accurate instructions to the production team and recording transactions on their Management Information System Communicate with clients, but also with production and estimating departments to ensure core objectives are met You will be required to understand customer needs and support their current account base Balance workloads, prioritise tasks and react to ad-hoc changes Take ownership of projects, and proactively manage work in progress Clear communication is imperative in your management of accounts Good working knowledge and practical understanding of lithographic printing, digital printing, large format printing, finishing as well as general print production Be able to generate effective solutions and added value to both meet and exceed client needs and expectations
