Lead Consultant - Farm Management

You'll already have understanding of farm business management and contacts in your local area.
You won't be spending hours a day filling out SFI forms, you'll be on the ground with your clients assessing their business management, supporting and changing their models to make them profitable.
There's an existing long-term portfolio of clients, so you can hit the ground running, there's also scope to bring in your own clients to continue your work with them.
Our client also manage their own farms, so you'll be heavily involved in the farm business management of these too.
Covering Northumberland to Northamptonshire, clients vary and based on your location you'll work with farmers and landowners in your area to provide advice. The main office is in Newark, so living locally would be a bonus.
