3. Community Hub Operations
o Help manage the day-to-day operations of the Dovetail Community Hub, ensuring it remains a welcoming and functional space for residents.
o Oversee facilities management tasks, including tracking and resolving maintenance issues on the estate.
o Support the programming of events and activities within the hub, ensuring alignment with the community's needs and aspirations.
4. Communication and Collaboration
o Develop and distribute clear, timely, and engaging communication materials (e.g., newsletters, digital campaigns, social media posts) to keep the community informed.
o Represent the regeneration project at community meetings and steering groups presenting updates and addressing concerns with confidence and professionalism.
o Work collaboratively with internal teams, including planners, social value leads, and communications professionals, to align engagement strategies with project goals.
5. Meanwhile Use and Placemaking
o Support the management of meanwhile use projects, ensuring they align with the regeneration vision and deliver positive impacts for the community.
o Collaborate with commercial tenants and community partners to deliver vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable placemaking initiatives.
o Champion principles of circularity and community-focused regeneration in all activities.
