As a key member of the senior leadership team you will work closely with the Clinical Services Director, the Nurse Director, the Clinical Service Group Managers, Senior Nurses and Local Authority partners, as well as 3rd sector colleagues. The successful candidate will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse who is committed to delivering person-centred high quality mental health services. Main duties of the job The Lead Nurse role requires strong clinical leadership, ensuring a professional, visible role model to nurses. The Lead Nurse is professionally accountable for the delivery of high quality, safe and effective care for the services within the sphere of responsibility. The Lead Nurse will lead a culture of quality improvement, which provides new ideas, approaches, innovation or insights, ensuring that plans are developed and taken forward to improve patient/care and services.
