The post will be based at one of the sites within Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, but there will be some occasional requirement to work across all other sites.
Applications are welcomed from Paramedics/ambulance professionals, former military medics, and other registered professionals who have extensive pre-hospital experience, who are dynamic, enthusiastic individuals with the ability to work well within a highly motivated team and can deliver high-quality training and meet the person specification for the post.

This is a brand new team and a great opportunity to shape resus training in the Trust. Staff joining this new team will be fully supported and, if necessary, trained in Advanced Life Support (ALS). Members of the team can also achieve teaching and assessing qualifications needed as an important part of the role.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be expected to work with a minimum of supervision and to coordinate activities in order to support the Lead professional for Resuscitation in ensuring that an efficient resuscitation service is provided to the Trust.
The post holder will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of resuscitation training for all staff employed by the Trust and wider community services and supporting clinical services within the Trust.
The post holder will be expected to coordinate activities in order to effectively manage their own workload, time, clinical, and operational responsibilities. The department operates across all Trust sites, and the team may be expected to travel to different locations as required.
