Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnered with a leading Private Equity firm with offices across the UK, US and Europe on their growth plans across their HR function in London. This role works closely with their Head of HR Operations, Business Partnering team and specialist functions to drive operational excellence, mobility + immigration, seamless onboarding and global HR projects across the UK, Europe and APAC offices.
Although this role is very process orientated and we need someone who holds a passion for HR Operations, you will still be incredibly client-group facing so someone with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders is key. You'll be working in an incredibly high-performing, collaborative team.
Proven experience working in Financial or Professional Services across onboarding, offboarding, mobility, integration, process and policies is needed for this role. This role is required in-office 4 days per week.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the entire process, ensuring a seamless transition for employees entering, moving within, or exiting the organisation.
* Conduct thorough background screenings for new hires.
* Ensure compliance with immigration requirements for all employees; handle all matters related to global mobility and immigration.
* Ensure compliance with international regulations and facilitating smooth transitions for employees relocating globally.
* Manage the relationships with external partners for relocation and immigration matters.
* Coordinate employee benefit administration in partnership with benefit brokers.
* Manage the addition of new joiners to benefit plans and update providers regarding employee changes and departures
* Plan and execute the annual review of regional HR documentation and policies, as well as ensuring that all HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with current regulations throughout the year.
* Oversee the HR Operating Manual, ensuring it is current and accessible.
* Plan and support the implementation and maintenance of HR processes and changes across the employee lifecycle.
* Participate in regional and global HR projects and workflows as required, contributing to the continuous improvement and strategic initiatives of the HR function.
Requirements:
* Expert in onboarding and offboarding processes and global mobility + immigration.
* Able to perform in a fast-paced environment in a thoughtful and courteous manner.
* Proven HR Operations experience in a Financial or Professional Services environment.
* Able to deal with sensitive and confidential information in a discreet manner.
* Sharp attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Able to prioritize and multitask for efficient and effective work production, including managing expectations of multiple stakeholders.
