The role We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager position to join our registered care scheme in Ventnor on the Isle of Wight. As a Deputy Manager, reporting to the Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to our residents. In this role, you will work closely with the Registered Managers to ensure the delivery of safe and high-quality care. You will also take on the responsibility of leading the service in the absence of the Registered Manager, overseeing the provision of the service and the management of the care, support and welfare of all residents to meet the requirements of the Care Quality Commission (CQC). You will need to work flexibly covering evenings and weekends as appropriate and be able to participate in the on-call rota as required. You must be physically able to undertake moving and handling, have a full driving licence, the use of a vehicle with business use insurance, and will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
