Their mechanical division undertakes work across offices, retail spaces, and warehouses, delivering high-quality engineering solutions. Responsibilities Schedule workload for engineers and subcontractors Manage reactive dispatch calls, assigning engineers based on location Raise Purchase Orders Assist in the production of quotations Use the internal scheduling system General Admin Support Role Requirements Experience within a similar environment Able to use Outlook, Word and Excel. Excellent communication skills and written skills Experience with SAP is preferable but not required. Hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
