About the job This newly created role will report to the Head of Marketing; the Marketing Manager is responsible for the offline and PR elements of the Alfa Travel and Leisureplex marketing ensuring their brand images are communicated in such a way as to maximise sales and ensure ongoing competitive advantage in the marketplace. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Head of Marketing on s business reports and finding new channels for customer acquisition. This role will have the responsibility to manage a small team of 2 and provide support to the Head of Marketing on the over-arching marketing strategy. Working in partnership with the Digital Marketing Manager will be essential to ensure the same message is seen by customers both online and offline. This role is office based, predominately working 5 days per week Monday- Friday; with flexible hours in place. The salary for this role will be based on skills and experience; with a salary range of £35,000-£40,000 per annum dependent on the candidate.
