You will work alongside leading professionals in the field, handling a varied caseload and delivering exceptional client service. The Role: As a Conveyancing Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload while ensuring a seamless transaction process for clients. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing expert legal advice to clients while maintaining clear and professional communication. Handling a full range of property transactions from instruction through to completion. Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Addressing complex legal queries, conducting thorough research, and mitigating risks. Managing caseloads efficiently, meeting personal targets, and ensuring deadlines are met. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) rules. Accurately managing financial aspects, including billing and fund transfers upon completion. Liaising proactively with solicitors, mortgage lenders, brokers, and local authorities. Supervising and mentoring paralegals, fostering a high-performance team environment. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, introducers, and third parties. Utilising conveyancing technology to enhance efficiency and client service. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach. Minimum of 3 years' experience handling a varied caseload of property transactions. High attention to detail and accuracy in research and document drafting. Strong knowledge of property law and experience dealing with complex titles. Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to legal matters. A team player who is self-motivated and able to work independently. Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high standards. Commercial awareness and an understanding of industry developments. Experience with case management systems such as ProClaim or Redbrick is advantageous. Familiarity with investor purchases and portfolio mortgages, particularly where lenders are separately represented.
