About this opportunity
The Cumberland Safeguarding Hub Business Support Team is looking to recruit experienced administrators. The multi-agency Safeguarding Hub, currently based in Carlisle, is the central contact point for initial child safety concerns for members of the public and professionals. The team is well supported, but it is important that applicants are aware of the highly sensitive nature of the work.
Business Support deals with members of the public and professionals, either by phone or email, entering and retrieving accurate information to and from Children’s Services databases as well as supporting other multi-agency tasks. Therefore, the preferred candidate will require excellent communication and ICT skills and the confidence to deal with a wide variety of contacts.
