Your new role
Your role will cover BAU employee relations activities whilst some of the HR team focus on a key project. The assignment will be for three to four months.
Day-to-day you will lead on absence management and all casework. Strong employee relations experience and up-to-date employment law knowledge is imperative, as is being able to work autonomously.
Ideally, you will be able to accommodate full-time hours and three days on-site in Norwich, but they are very open to considering other work patterns.
Start date ideally 4th November, but must be within 2 weeks of this date.
