The Esteem Group is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Branch Manager to join our team of care professionals in Carlisle. As the successful candidate, you will become registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and be responsible for leading a team of care coordinators and team leaders.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual who can multitask, communicate effectively, and delegate duties efficiently while working well under pressure.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs. You will also be expected to maintain effective relationships with external partners, such as local authorities, healthcare providers, and community organizations.

**Key Responsibilities:*
1. Lead and manage a team of care coordinators and team leaders to deliver high-quality care services.
2. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve care standards and patient outcomes.
3. Collaborate with external partners to promote our services and build strong relationships.
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQC registration and adherence to best practices.
5. Maintain accurate records and reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
