Senior Quantity Surveyor, Birmingham
An established and highly regarded Construction Consultancy with a great working culture is seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor for its busy, growing Birmingham office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s Role
An ideal opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a national, multidisciplinary consultancy, with several UK offices, covering a wide range of project sectors.
Reporting to the Director, the role encompasses hands-on work, including client-facing, along with team leadership and development.
* Preparing bids and attending bid meetings
* Carrying out appraisals
* Managing Quantity Surveyors
* Acting as the key client contact
* Attending business development events
* Be hands on in delivering projects
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
You will have a minimum of 5 years’ consultancy experience and live within commutable distance of central Birmingham.
* MRICS is preferable.
* Resilient, client facing, good management skills
* Excellent quantity surveying knowledge
* Eager for a challenge and looking for career progression
