An opportunity to join a very successful agency as their first Marketing hire.
Our client works with multiple brands helping them to improve their data, content, and media. Having won a number of awards and set to further scale, they are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to play a pivotal role in positioning the agency in the market, driving brand awareness, and generating leads that translate into revenue.
About the job
* Lead the creation and implementation of the agency's marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and adapting to market trends.
* Manage lead generation activities, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
* Oversee the development of case studies that validate the agency's capabilities, ensuring they align with market positioning and resonate with target audiences.
* Develop and execute a social media and PR strategy to maintain a strong market presence, managing content calendars and media relationships.
* Work closely with leadership, business development, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with overall agency goals, fostering teamwork across departments.
About you
* 5+ years of marketing management experience, ideally in the agency space.
* Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into marketing plans.
* Proven success in lead generation and managing the full life-cycle of pitch processes.
* Experience in managing social media and PR initiatives, with excellent communication skills.
* Detail-oriented, able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
