As a Lifeguard, you are calm and confident; potentially, you could save a life, and you will help keep people safe. You will need to feel comfortable being in control of the pool and challenging inappropriate behaviour.
You’re not the type to panic under pressure and compromise the safety of others. The role isn’t Baywatch; you don't just sit and watch. You’re looking for the chance to progress and work to a regular rota pattern.
As our next Lifeguard, you’ll provide safe supervision of customers in poolside locations. You will keep people safe; ultimately, you are responsible for preventing serious injuries or accidents.
