The Role: We are looking for a motivated and creative Senior Marketing Executive to become part of our growing team. You’ll be in the driver’s seat from conception to execution. Brand Building: Play a pivotal role in strengthening Edison Group’s brand in the market, ensuring our value proposition resonates with key audiences in investor relations and financial services. Content Creation: Create compelling marketing materials—everything from brochures to event collateral—that captivate our audience and clearly communicate our expertise. Performance Tracking: Dive deep into campaign metrics to understand what’s working and where improvements can be made. Your focus will always be on optimising ROI and achieving meaningful results. Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with the Performance Marketing team and Client Services to align strategies and ensure cohesive campaigns. You’ll also engage with external agencies to deliver top-tier performance. Digital Mastery: Support our digital marketing efforts across social media (LinkedIn, X, Facebook) and paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, YouTube), continuously enhancing performance and reporting outcomes to clients. Project Management: Keep everything on track by managing projects with precision—whether that’s developing new campaigns or meeting tight deadlines. You’ll be an expert at juggling multiple priorities and ensuring timely delivery. What We’re Looking For: Experience: You’ll need at least 4 years of experience in marketing, with proven success in running multi-channel campaigns. Previous exposure to financial services or IR marketing is a plus. Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Skills & Tools: Exceptional project management skills, with a knack for staying organised and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools. A creative eye for design, with experience using tools like Canva and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to make informed, metrics-driven decisions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging, persuasive content. Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude is a bonus—helping you boost your productivity and creativity.
