What You'll Be Doing: As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our production facilities run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements and FSSC22000 & IFF Policy. Providing essential services to production by performing planned maintenance and servicing mechanical and electrical installations. Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly checks as part of our rigorous service schedules. Collaborating with site project teams to contribute to their success. Monitoring plant operations and processes to identify energy-saving opportunities without compromising efficiency. Constantly reviewing maintenance procedures to implement cost-saving measures. Identifying improvements to equipment that enhance efficiency and reliability in both the short and long term.
