We are looking to appoint a Finance Analyst that is keen to learn and manage the financial aspects of our Warehouse & Transport Operations at Belle Eau Park in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire. This is one of our bigger sites with over 300 staff across multiple functions.
Working hours:
Monday – Friday 08:00-16:30.

1. Have exemplary analytical skills.
2. Be a part-qualified accountant/educated to degree level or equivalent.
3. Have experience in working with Operations and External Customers.
4. Hold strong Excel skills.
5. Have strong communication and influencing skills
6. Be a self-starter with the ability to work on your own initiative
Responsibilities
7. Key finance representative on site
8. Ensure weekly invoicing is correct and done in a timely manner.
9. Ensure the reliability, accuracy, and completeness of the site's financial information.
10. Preparation of business plans and forecasts
11. Track reliability of plans and performance against budgets and forecasts.
12. Ensure the quality of finance analysis and the tracking of action plans.
13. Ensure that risks and opportunities are presented in an actionable manner to the management team.
14. Liaise with on-site leadership to help with decision-making.
15. Provide financial input into any site projects, from analysing opportunities to monitoring and reporting actual performance

16. Preferably possess a range of communication and influencing styles that can be deployed with stakeholders and senior members of the Leadership Team to drive performance and delivery of plans within budget.
17. Be able to bring credibility and integrity to business area through your commercial awareness and mindset of doing the right thing for our business, team members and customers.
18. Be comfortable in challenging, confronting and solving difficult situations whilst maintaining solid internal and external relationships.
19. Be able to bring a balanced view to decision making with credible contribution beyond financial analysis.
20. Have a positive attitude and be keen to develop – keeping yourself motivated to get the job done and to deliver to tight timelines; actively seeking accountability and opportunity.
21. Demonstrate an inquisitive approach, an eye for detail and solid financial modelling skills, evolving in line with business and external requirements.
