This role is based in Norwich, and as a Case Manager you will be responsible for providing a high quality, end-to-end support service to the most vulnerable victims of complex crimes, particularly Domestic Abuse. You will act as the single point of contact for victims through the criminal justice and recovery process, delivering support and interventions where required, advocating on behalf of the victim, and coordinating the support services required by external agencies.

* Understanding safeguarding issues and relevant policies.

* Prioritizing, planning, and managing time effectively.
* Delivering services and working with Domestic Abuse victims/service users.
