Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has two locations: the Audi Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) and the Sauber Group’s Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland). The power unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. You can be part of this unique project and make motorsport history.
The position for the Audi F1 Project is to be filled at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany). You will be responsible for the mission control room during the entire race period (Thursday to Sunday during F1 race events). You will ensure that the race engineers in Neuburg can work during free practice, qualifying, and the race.
Your Mission
* Independently monitor and support the departments as the single point of contact for all questions regarding FIA financial regulations.
* Identify opportunities/risks and alternative courses of action/optimizations within the framework of the FIA Financial Regulations.
* Prepare FIA reportings considering the FIA cost cap.
* Prepare ad hoc analyses and reports for the management of the organizational unit.
* Act as the central contact for local FIA representatives.
Your Profile
* Business degree with a financial focus or a degree in industrial engineering.
* Professional experience in auditing and business/tax consulting with in-depth knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS and the German Commercial Code, HGB).
* Experience in financial management of business units/organizations.
* Strong communication skills, ability to deal with conflict, assertiveness, and analytical thinking.
* Ability to present complex content in a simple way.
* Highly motivated to work independently.
* Very good SAP and MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
* Business-fluent in German or English, willing to learn the basics of the other language.
* Enjoy working in a team.
